The B.B.A. Programme at St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies, Indore is crafted to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. It nurtures strong professional, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills through a student-centric and activity-driven pedagogy.

The programme follows a dynamic, outcome-based curriculum that is regularly updated to keep pace with industry trends. In the first year, students study a broad range of foundational management subjects. From the second year, they choose a specialization—Finance, Human Resource Management, or Marketing—which continues into the final year.

The department provides a supportive and progressive learning environment, guided by a team of twelve dedicated faculty members who ensure academic excellence and offer remedial support whenever needed. Through the Business Administration Forum, students actively participate in various activities that enhance leadership qualities, creativity, and overall personality development. The programme emphasizes value-based education, shaping young learners into confident, disciplined, socially responsible, and industry-ready professionals.

The first year of the programme offers a strong foundation through a common curriculum across core areas of management. In the second year, students can specialize in one of six domains—Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Production & Operations Management, or Business Analytics—aligning their learning with personal strengths and career goals.

The curriculum integrates essential management concepts with emerging fields such as Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Organizational Dynamics, and Data-Driven Decision-Making. This holistic approach prepares students to navigate contemporary business challenges with strategic insight and ethical leadership.
