St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies began its humble journey in 2010 and has, ever since, continued to stride forward with commitment and purpose, offering dedicated service to the city of Indore. Bishop Thomas Mathew Kuttimackal, the Presiding Bishop of Indore, stands as an inspiring spiritual guide for the Diocese. Born on February 25, 1962, in Kalloorkad, Kerala, in the Diocese of Kothamangalam, he was ordained a priest on November 25, 1987, for the Diocese of Indore. On February 17, 2024, Pope Francis appointed him as the Bishop of Indore, and he was ordained to the episcopacy on April 5, 2024.

Throughout his ecclesiastical journey, Bishop Kuttimackal has served the Church with remarkable dedication. His responsibilities have included roles such as Assistant Parish Priest at the Indore Cathedral, Vice-Principal and Principal of St. Paul School, Indore, Rector of the Jhabua and Dewas Minor Seminaries and Parish Priest in Dewas and Indore. His deep commitment to pastoral care, education and community development has shaped his distinguished leadership. His vision and experience continue to guide the Diocese with wisdom, compassion and missionary zeal.
